Pricing questions
Is early access or a trial available?
Early-access pilots and trials are arranged directly with our team. We will confirm the included features, duration, support, and any fees in writing before access begins. You will not be charged automatically from this website.
What counts as an “active learner”?
An active learner is someone currently enrolled in a program with sessions or a balance in the current billing period. Graduated, archived, or lead records don't count toward your plan limit.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. On Growth and Multi-Branch we help you import learners, instructors, programs, and balances from your spreadsheets or current tool, and we get you live in days.
Do prices include tax?
Preview prices are in CAD and exclude applicable GST, QST, HST, or provincial taxes. Final pricing, taxes, billing frequency, and add-ons are confirmed in your order form.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancellation terms depend on the billing period in your order form. Month-to-month plans are intended to end at the close of the current paid period. We will provide a reasonable export window, subject to legal retention and security requirements.
Is WhatsApp included?
The intended packaging places WhatsApp automation from Growth upward and email automation across plans. Availability depends on provider approval, consent configuration, the connected sender, and the modules enabled in your order form.
