Cookie policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This policy describes cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on the marketing site and in the DrivingOps application. A cookie is a small file stored on your device; browser storage can retain data directly in the browser.
Current marketing-site status
As of the date above, the marketing-site code:
- enables no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies;
- enables no non-essential analytics;
- keeps language in the page URL rather than a cookie;
- uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security, which may process request data or use strictly necessary mechanisms operated by Cloudflare.
DrivingOps application
The application may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security, abuse prevention, session continuity, preferences, and requested functionality. The exact storage method depends on the identity provider and environment configuration.
Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, security, load balancing, abuse prevention, and requested functionality. These are not used for advertising.
- Preferences: display or language choices if we choose to store them in the browser.
- Analytics: aggregated usage measurement. No non-essential analytics are currently enabled on the marketing site.
- Advertising: we currently use no advertising cookies.
Consent and choices
Before adding non-essential cookies or tools, we will update this policy and seek consent where applicable law requires it. Refusing a non-essential cookie should not prevent access to core features. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, although blocking a strictly necessary mechanism may interrupt sign-in.
Do Not Track and similar signals
Because the site does not currently use behavioural advertising, it does not sell or share information in response to an advertising opt-out signal. We will reassess this section if our practices change.
Changes and contact
We will update this page before enabling a new non-essential category. Questions can be sent to hello@drivingops.ca. See also our Privacy policy.
These are pre-launch documents provided for transparency and legal review. A signed agreement or order form may contain additional terms and will control if there is a conflict. Questions? Contact us.
