Accessibility statement

Last updated: June 21, 2026

DrivingOps aims to make its website, application, and portals usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech recognition, or motion and contrast preferences.

Our target

Our design target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) applies, the current legal website standard for covered organizations is generally WCAG 2.0 Level AA, subject to the regulatory exceptions. We target the newer standard as a design practice without claiming that independent certification has been completed.

Measures built into the product

  • semantic structure, headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link;
  • keyboard operation and visible focus indicators;
  • understandable labels, instructions, errors, and form states;
  • alternative text for meaningful images;
  • colour contrast, adaptable text sizing, and responsive layouts;
  • support for reduced-motion preferences;
  • core content in English and French;
  • section-level loading and errors so a local problem does not block the whole page.

Current status and known limits

Accessibility is checked during development, but the product is still in pre-launch and has not completed a comprehensive independent certification. Mockups, screenshots, complex charts, third-party components, and features under development may have limitations. We will document material issues and practical alternatives before production.

Feedback and accessible formats

To report a barrier, request content in another format, or suggest an improvement, email support@drivingops.ca. If you are comfortable doing so, include the page or feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and preferred format. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a fix or alternative access method within a reasonable timeframe.

Compatibility

We target current versions of major browsers and operating systems. An old or unsupported version may not provide the same security or accessibility experience.

These are pre-launch documents provided for transparency and legal review. A signed agreement or order form may contain additional terms and will control if there is a conflict. Questions? Contact us.
