What is DrivingOps?
DrivingOps is an all-in-one platform that runs a driving school end to end: scheduling, learners, instructors, vehicles, billing, automations, certificates, courses, and learner/instructor portals — in one bilingual workspace.
Is it built for Canada?
Yes. DrivingOps is designed for English/French operations, Quebec Class 5 and SAAQ workflows, and Canadian privacy requirements. Core application data is designed for Canadian Azure regions; optional integrations may process limited data elsewhere as disclosed in our sub-processor list.
Do my instructors and learners need to install anything?
No. The learner and instructor portals are mobile-first web apps — they open in any browser. Staff use the admin workspace from a laptop or tablet.
How long does it take to get started?
Timing depends on data quality, integrations, and the modules included in your pilot. The guided setup follows a practical order: school profile, branches, services, instructors, learners, then scheduling.
How is my data protected?
The platform is designed with encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-scoped role-based access, managed secrets, logging, and Canadian hosting for core application data. See our Security page for current and planned controls.
